One Of Those Days

Woke up in a crummy mood, and the fact it was already raining (and would continue to all day) didn't help things. Plus, I had to head just south of the city to teach classes in the morning, then head up to the prefecture north of here to teach in the afternoon. I was not a happy camper by the end of it.

However, the walk home really cheered me up. First, I kept my camera out, because I love getting shots on the streets while it's raining, and I took a few that I really like on a relatively short walk home. Add in the fact that a great Otis Redding song ("You're Still My Baby") came on that spoke just to exactly how I've been feeling lately, and the day ends well. Ten to fifteen minutes can do a whole lot to heal the soul.
