Blue Corn flower

Love looking at the flowers in the early morning or the evening light.  I took a few shots of quite a few and liked this little blue corn flower most.  I guess they are also called bachelor button.   I can hardly believe it's July 1st today!!!   My older brother has a birthday tomorrow along with our Dad who passed away  3 years ago now.   Still weird to have him gone.  
   We are enjoying having the kids here and we are watching them while their mom and dad are away on their getaway up to Orcas Island.   I made the boys clean their rooms tonight and had to call them back 3 times to do it right.  It looks pretty good now!   We will have a campfire tonight and told the boys they had to stay out there until 10 pm or more.  They will be playing on their computers as soon as they go in.  Joe put a timer on the computer modem to shut down at midnight as we had an incident with the youngest being up until 3 am playing video games with friends.
