Flower Thursday

Or a Thistle on Friday by any other name . . .
 
 
 
After yesterday’s embarrassing fiasco in thinking it was Friday I was left without my intended Flower Friday photo.  It didn’t take much to think of the thistle, and to risk life and limb to bring a stem into the ‘studio’ (spare room).
 
So here is a close-up of a thistle flower illuminated by one Cree torch.
