Castle Point

We took a little trip to this small village on the east coast of the Wairarapa today. It's a few years since I have been and I had forgotten just how gorgeous it is! It's notorious for it's strong winds and today was forecast for northwesterly winds strengthening to gale. Quite windy when we arrived, the wind dropped in the afternoon just as we got the kite out... we had trouble getting it into the air!
