In need of repair...

...and I don't mean just this part of Cheadle Royal Hospital (that happens to sit conveniently outside my office next to the pond).

What I mean is - I am in need of repair. Ever since sunday I have been eating healthy food and getting loads of exercise down the gym (night off tonight). I've also been taking those probiologicalactivedrivel drink things that are supposed to do you good, although I don't think they're supposed to be injected... To make a long story short, all my muscles ache from the gym, and what with all these salads and biological things being consumed, I have a great deal of sympathy for anyone who has to share a confined space with me - if you know what I mean. Obviously my system is reacting to all this so-called goodness, so counter measures are needed. I think a trip to a fast-food place is in order on the way home tonight.
