Yellow

We have a beautiful and bountiful rose planted in the garden but it has become so large there is no room for the satellite dish to be repositioned. It is a good excuse to give it a good prune and have gorgeous scented roses in the house.  
For years we have had some double glazed window panels that had steam inside them.. so boring to look through.. today a glazier came and replaced 22 of them and now we have clear views in all the rooms.. yippee!!  There is a slight drawback and that is that we need to search the grass below the windows to pick up all the shards.. the panes smashed as they removed them and I am so worried about all the small (and large) bare feet that might be in the garden throughout the summer.. so that will be my job for the rest of the time I am here
