Oh, no!

Went to Palm Beach Zoo this afternoon with daughter J and grandaughter N :)
This is a Black Crowned Crane. I was hoping to get some good shots of the tigers for blipping, but (horrors!) my camera FROZE in the middle of taking a photo of a monkey, before we even got to the tigers!
I knew I should have taken it in for cleaning/maintenance for some time, but never wanted to be without it. The 4 year warranty will expire in a couple months, so we were able to take it in and have it sent out for repair. It went all the way to Texas, and it could take 3 to 4 weeks or so to get it back!
we have another camping trip planned soon, so daughter M is generously lending me her camera to use. (hope I can figure it out)
