Eglwys St Cybi
We walked over to Holy Island today. It was a three mile walk to get on to the island and the bridge seemed to go on and on. We then followed the coastal path having views back to where we walked yesterday (in extra) one way and towards the ferry port of Holyhead and the ferries going over to Dublin in the other direction. This is the medieval church, the original was built in 540AD. We returned by bus having walked over eight miles. The weather turned out rather well today which was a bonus after yesterday’s stormy day.
My mother in law is back at home. They are having support visits three times a day initially to ensure they are eating and for personal care needs. My father in law is finding it tiring already.
