Canal walk

It is a very pleasant walk along the canal into Stratford and this flower area is always a delight. Walked around the river before having a coffee and returning back to do food shop at M&S. More people about including a party of Asian women and some school groups, getting back to normal activity.
Heard today that my friend I visited yesterday is to go into a home as she is not safe, has been wandering at night. I won’t be able to just pop and visit her as she is moving a distance away.
