Burnt offerings

Martin (the interested cook) is working away at the moment.  

He's worked away a lot over the years but, what with COVID, and people around to cook for, I reckon I've not had to cook any sort of meal for at least 3 years...

I'm out of practice...  By the time it came to cook tonight I couldn't be bothered with any sort of greenery and then got distracted doing something else.

Not my finest hour...

In more positive news I had an unexpected catch up with Ben and Sophia on FaceTime due to a bum dial. Made my day. X
