Usual Wednesday with yoga ! Then a bike ride on my own this afternoon as P is feeling unwell- he’s just done a Covid Test but it’s negative at the moment.

So tai chi solo too ! Also Emma Radacanu not fairing well at the moment either ! Boo !

Looking forward to the ‘Seeing Bee’ final tonight.
