But still few butterflies.
I returned to Elford where the roses were blooming, the wild flowers rather fading, and it was quiet.
Two green veined white butterflies, two meadow browns seemed to be the sun total this morning, but there were damselflies galore (and some interesting activity - see extra)
But in one section of the garden, a group of banded demoiselles were determined to steal my blip.
