Standing Stone Sculpture Progresses

Today’s Blipfoto shows the progress made. This particular photo has now been imported into ProCreate by Pat where she will work out the next stage of the design.

The weather forecast is for rain over the next few days.

The Sculpture includes letters numbers which should be identifiable.

The numbers were quickly identified as 85 and 93. 

A little explanation. 85 is 1985 and was the year of Paldie’s birth. 1993 is the year of her demise.

Paldie was a wild rabbit who arrived at our door in a rather bedraggled state. She had been rescued from the jaws of a cat.

Pat took her to the Vet who examined the creature. He advised she would was about 7 days old. She could not be returned to where she was found. Assuming her mother found her, she would kill her.

The vet offered to put her down. Pat said she would look after her. The vet wished her well, but doubted that the rabbit would thrive.

She certainly thrived and lived for over 8 years. She lived in the house and travelled on many trips with Pat. She was a very intelligent creature, but really depended on Pat.

Her life is recorded in several diaries and include cartoons drawn by me.
