Annual poppy in a client's garden today. Earlier in the spring I was talking to my client and she didn't think the poppies had survived, even though she let them seed themselves. I looked down and told her not to weed the bed, that the poppies were just starting to grow. so she left them and now the bed is a mass of red and pink poppies.
A mainly cloudy day today, there was rain in the forecast, but it ended early so we were able to work. My client for tomorrow called to confirm that we will be there tomorrow. When she called she said it had been raining quite hard for about an hour so she thought we would have to postpone her place. I told her we were working and that she was still on the schedule. Sunshine in the forecast for tomorrow.
