Nineteen Years

Today is a special day.

You may be thinking that's the patriot in me speaking, it being St George's Day. Or perhaps I am excited about it being Shakespeare's birthday.

Well both of these are worthy causes for celebration, but today is most special for me because it's our wedding anniversary.

This sampler was made for us as a wedding present by K, a friend and work colleague. It is full of references to things important to us. You can see that G is from Northamptonshire and that I am an Essex man, and that we are both cricket fans. Also you can see that back in 1994 we had two lovely black cats called Sage and Parsley.
