Red soil and weather fronts

More house hunting with daughter Lucy today after work. I caught the train to Exeter where Lucy picked me up and we drove west to Crediton to look at a little cottage. As we neared our destination the bright sun and blue sky was replaced by thick heavy cloud. A portent to the sight that greeted us maybe when we saw the cottage for rent. It was filthy, full of stuff left behind even a goldfish swimming forlornly around a bowl in the middle of the lounge. Ghastly.
As we drove back towards home the sat nav took us the "pretty way" as they so often do, past fields of red soil. Ahead was the blue sky hiding beneath the heavy weather front, I thought it made quite an interesting blip. Once back in Exeter we were once more bathed in sunshine and clear skies ! The house hunting continues !
