Lipstick on a pig.

Decades ago half our town high street was demolished and these  dreadful flats constructed. Anyway I have walked past this frame against a wall hundreds of times and always assumed it was there to reinforce some dodgy building work - but no! Today looking at it properly it turns out is a bit of art.
