Glasto day 6 home

Chopper at 9.35 with Max, Lauryn and Reg, pilot called Tim. Our chopper’s reg is G-Ltzy, aka Glizty.

Rain and fog but Tim was very reassuring, we made it back without stopping at Thruxton, flew over Highclere castle aka Downton Abbey and lots of hill drawings. Also the Oldbury White horse aka Cherhill White horse in Witshire dating back to 1790.

Drive to pick up luggage from Jon and Emma and finally home. We think Max may have laryngitis, he’s really not at all well. I had to elevate my legs for the rest of the day as I had very swollen ankles. It’s always exhausting but amazing!
