Around the Bay

Decided we needed some supplies today so took the car from the marina to the market store on Galiano. I should have taken some photos of “civilization” for a change but we are always quick in and out….The market has expanded since the other grocery store on the island closed.  (next time)   There are more groceries at the gas station store by the ferry.    And a stop at the hardware store for some hose parts and birdseed. 

So  then we put our rowing boat in and each had a spin…. Was going to blip some of the vegetation around the bay as I saw no good wildlife …the ocean spray shrubs are everywhere and sedum on the rocks makes for nice patterns.    But I”m afraid the photo I liked the best was the dock from my boat….H washed the whole dock now.   The balls?    We put them under the rowing boat cover to hold it up so the otters don’t sit on it.  !   the balls and cover  can sit in the old old livingston that lives there. 
 Getting cloudy.  Possible rain predicted tomorrow….I hope so….it’s still hot… no boats tomorrow!
