Scarlet tiger moth

Sitting on one of the blackcurrant bushes on my allotment. It would have looked even more striking if it had it’s wings open as below them it is coloured a deep rich scarlet. I was picking some blackcurrants to make ice cream. I seem to have a good crop this year.
