Upcoming Coronation

Well this my be stretching the Monday theme of "royalty" a bit far, but seeing as this very rainy day has been devoted to getting a root canal which took almost three hours, I'm afraid it's the best I can do. There's the poor fella in the back, temporarily covered with a little epoxy or whatever it is just for the meantime.

In a couple of weeks I'll go to the dentist and get a crown for it. It won't be made of platinum of course, or even gold, but it's certainly costing a mint to get the whole mess taken care of. 

Then perhaps I'll be able to eat cold things again. Like Cherries Jubilee perhaps (see what I did there?).
