Cake club

My new work has a Friday afternoon cake club. The idea is that if you bring in a cake roughly once a year, you can partake in sweet treats every Friday afternoon.

These are some Carrot muffins prepared ready for Thursday's cake club - a day earlier this week because of the Easter weekend. Easy to make from a recipe I found on the internet, they smelled lovely when they were cooking.
