X Ray on a Sunday

I was sure mum had it wrong when she received an appointment for a chest x Ray on a Sunday. But no, she was right so 5:20 on Sunday off we trotted to PRI. It was very quiet which was great. She was in and out in no time . Seemingly they work all weekend, the receptionist on x Ray (who has worked there for 30 years!) finished at 8. Keeping the appointments ticking over.

Back to ours for roast chicken and Ayrshire Tats and veg. Tasty. Mum is saying that her with the dry type of macular degeneration has really deteriorated quite rapidly. The other one has the wet type which was helped by injections but the dry one you can’t do sod all to help it unfortunately. Shame:(
