lugging furniture
One hour on the phone to Turkish airlines trying to remedy a problem with a booking for a colleague.
Then we get home to discover no heating and no hot water...

switch off, switch on... scavenge books for clues to what the fault is... speak to plumber on the phone about random flashing on the console... finally things settle down and heat is restored... fingers crossed it was a temporary glitch...

But! only three sleeps till holidays...
