Avocet Reflection

Ahead of an upcoming trip to Borneo in October my friend bought me a 1-1 tutorial with a local wildlife photographer. Today we met at Upton Warren . First two hours were very technical where he changed a lot of my camera settings and helped me to understand iso/ aperture/ shutter speed in “ fairly “ simple terms! My head is a bit overwhelmed but I’m going to practice!
Then we went down to the ponds where there was a lot of activity with some little ringed plovers trying to protect their babies from the avocets. I’m quite pleased with this calmer shot.
