Sunny interval…

… in a rainy morning - thank goodness we have had quite a bit of rain, or I would have been watering all morning as well. The lavender has opened while we have been away and is attracting bees and butterflies by the dozen. The grass on the “lawn” is now in seed. The muntjac have discovered geraniums, and we now have any surviving stumps protected in the greenhouse in the hope they might grow again.
