Beautiful Winters Day in Akaroa

Sure has been a lovely warm and sunny winters day. My oldest son and his partner and grandson come over to Akaroa for the day. We went down to the waterfront and had fish and chips for lunch followed by a wonderful coffee at the cafe. I took this shot while having my coffee.

Afterwards they made their way back to Christchurch. I finished doing a few things before I travelled back home to Christchurch. It has been a wonderful few days in Akaroa. Apart from the frosts most morning the weather was fine. Three of the days were really warm and great for gardening.
