Hotel California

At Hyde Park to see The Eagles. They were brilliant, playing all their hits and boy, there’s a lot of them. Hotel California was saved for the encore. Joe Walsh, seen here, is a larger than life character, getting the crowd joining in with his frenetic style.

They were supported by Robert Plant and Alison Kraus who were even better than I expected. Plus other new country bands during the afternoon. What a great day, thanks to sister Sue (see extra) for organising the tickets.
