Pretty courtyard in the hotel I’m staying at.

Lovely day spent with S and her daughter. It was interesting hearing M’s tales of her new school, so culturally different from rural NZ. Glad to say she is adapting well. Although her big brother has decided to home school through his A levels.

We had dinner at theirs before I came back to do some work in the quiet hotel room and take ‘a moment’ before getting stuck in again tomorrow.
