Up north

Up to see mum and dad today. I am trying to help dad with the garden each time I visit. Today it was the rose bed. I cleared all the weeds , put down weed suppressing membrane and then mulched it all. Should be much easier for dad to look after now. It took a little longer than I had planned as my nephew and his family popped in to see mum and dad. We have put a date in the diary for them to come down to London in August.
Anyway this is the only photo I took today. One of my dahlias.
