SUPPING

Crazy day of bright sunshine and torrential downpours. We had booked at 11 am for the city walking tour, apparently the only free tour in Wales, the guide was brilliant but we got absolutely soaked and lost two of our party to the Rain, however I learnt loads about the city of Cardiff and it's history. Due to getting soaked we also got cold so needed to go back to the hotel to warm up, however, we didn't have much time as we had a sup session booked at the White Water Centre for 3 p.m. A last minute uber and we got there just on time however they were not, after waiting for ages we were finally told everything was running behind and eventually after getting kitted out in wetsuit and life jackets we got onto the water, however it was carnage not sure the instructor really was able to deal with the group, one of the class really struggled and had to leave and we were all freestyling it, plus we were taken out the water an hour before we were meant to happily though they realised this and gave us back our money. 

Back again to our hotel for a quick sit down and a glass of champagne and then out again found a brilliant cocktail bar + games room called scaredy-cat cocktails were fantastic managed to get a late night meal in Mowgli similar to Indian Tapas, finished the evening listening to Paul McCartney at Glastonbury
