Skipton Sheep Day

An annual event apparently but today was the first celebration of the event for three years.

We (ATN choir) were asked to sing at 12.15. The blip was taken as we assembled on the stage ready to sing, scarily the mike is pointing straight at me, thank fully it was moved further over. 
It is looking up the High Street which had been closed for the occasion. The street was lined with lots of stalls many of them wool related, plus lots of food stalls smelling amazing.
The clouds look a bit threatening in the blip but it stayed dry.

We did a half hour set of songs which were most enjoyable, though the sound system seemed to have a mind if it’s own, but didn’t stay once we’d finished otherwise those tempting food smells might have been too much to overcome.
