messed with everything on this picture so much that i can't even remember what it looked like at the beginning.

anyway.

this is a picture of me with ben, who is going to be taking over my job from september. we spent the day together today chatting about the work and visiting schools and meeting people. it's quite odd for me because this work has been such a part of my life. way more than just a job.

i'm so pleased that they've employed such a decent guy. i'll be handing over the role with complete confidence, knowing that ben is going be fab.
