Stoned

Single track roads with passing places, oh how I had missed you.

Made up for it today though as I scooted about visiting various objects carved out of stone, mysterious symbols carved into stone, stones arranged in circles, stones placed upright (oh, and a national nature reserve). About the only thing I didn’t do today was climb Dunadd, but it was rather windy and that’s my excuse. I also simply ran out of time.

Today’s Blip was taken at my first port of call this morning, Keills Chapel, south of Tayvallich, and which, just in case you hadn’t guessed, contained some wonderful carved stones.
