Throwing Up

No not me, the referee. 

A shinty game starts (and re-starts) with a throw up. Players get to choose between hitting the ball with their caman, or each other. Hitting the referee is not allowed. 

Yes, today I opted for an outing to Aberdour to watch their home game against Glen Urquhart from Drumnadrochit. Aberdour lost 1-2, but it was entertaining.  

I had a good walk too, plus an espresso with cake to "keep me going" until dinner time. Then I had an ice cream at half time, just in case... 

A nice afternoon out. 

My digestion has resumed normal service, and I tested negative for the effing virus.
