Canal Run

I had a run along the canal late this morning.  I should have gone earlier, despite wearing shorts and short sleeve tee, I was sweating buckets!  It was a hot one!

In the afternoon I went to watch the Ladies Bowls Championship semi-finals at my club.  The two winners were on good form.  Anna found her game from the first end and won the match in under an hour.  The other game looked like it might be closer but Susan dominated and came out on top after an hour and a half.  It should make for a good final.
