Sunny but windy…

but at least that stopped the heat from being over powering. The Osprey nest can be seen in the main and also in the extra, where the female is waiting to feed her chicks, but the male hasn’t returned yet. Must be a queue at the river!
This is the only place in the area where Canada geese are see and there is a flock of about a dozen birds here in the reeds, together with Goldeneye and Sandpipers.
