A Stirring Day
At Christchurch Priory it was Peregrine Falcon Day (they have been nesting on the building) with a local ornithology group out in force, bristling with telescopes and binoculars. The newly fledged falcons obligingly screeched round the Priory like miniature jet planes; and the much delayed Priory tearooms manged to open. So it was a busy welcoming shift.
Then it was off to Southbourne for Shake and Stir, the vintage music festival which has become quite a feature of the local calendar. I love these old bikes.
