For the love of the land

I was in Kaunas this morning visiting the Aleksandras Stulginskis University, or the national agricultural university of Lithuania. The stained glass windows above the doors of the (Soviet period) main building have caught my eye in the past. I tried to find some info on the artist and meaning but have not managed yet.

I like stained glass, possibly due to being a son of the manse, even in this case where I assume it was intended to symbolise the the steadfast collective farm workers labouring for the common good.
