Parkrun Tourism

Had something to take back to Go Outdoors in Coatbridge so I was planning on doing Drumpellier Country parkrun but got my timings wrong so popped in half ways to do Polkemmet Country parkrun.  This was from the official photo's.

Managed a respectable 23:26 in what was a hilly course.  This is my third time doing this event and i got a new PB.

A bit tender today after waking up with a coughing fit early AM.  Thought i had a collapsed lung (again) as was coughing so much and the pain is in the right area.

MrsT advising I should give ten pin bowling a miss tonight.  I'll wait and see how it is over the afternoon.

L away to gymnastics from 10-4 then has a birthday party 4:30-6:30.

We had a good night last night with friends after the last day of P7.  Now to enjoy the summer holidays.....
