Frozen

Raspberries coming thick and fast. I freeze them individually like this before transferring them to bags (otherwise they stick together in a solid lump.) Time-consuming but worth it in the end.

There's a technique to picking raspberries. If you have to tug them it means they aren't ripe. Too ripe and they haemorrhage over your fingers. No, they must  yield gently into your hand like the soft muzzle of a horse, a  gentle surrender without resistance.
