Little Miss

Looking very different from yesterday…..this morning she went off to a birthday party, here she is putting embellishments on the birthday card. Lexi’s Mum and Dad were invited as well.  They dropped us off at one of the many malls here in Townsville, we spent a couple of hours pootling around, some retail shopping was had. Clothing is so reasonable compared to New Zealand.  We are ripped off big time. So liberating to walk around the malls among people and not a mask to be seen.  I did a RAT this afternoon as required with a negative result, Doug hasn’t done his yet. 
The rest off the afternoon spent quietly which was nice.  Well, when I say quietly I’ve played games as a “barbie”, we played Yahtzee among other things.  Tomorrow we’re all off at sparrows fart heading inland to a farm to join Aidan and Kaylene’s friends for a fun day…..cattle branding is one of the activities I believe which I don’t call fun at all, but necessary.  I hate seeing animals in pain even of only briefly. 
Thanks so much for your response to yesterdays entry, really appreciated…..we’re feeling very happy to all be together again.
