Good Service

I used Shutterfly to make the cup on the left. It looked great when I got it, but over time the colors faded. That didn’t seem right to me since I’ve had lots of cups made over the years that didn’t fade. So today I decided to chat with their customer service department. I took this photo to show the difference between the 2019 cup on the right and the 2021 cup that faded. They are sending me a replacement free of charge. Now that’s good service.
