Parents evening

Today, I am one happy chappy. In addition to it being St George's day, I went to parents evening for Matthew. I was happy with all that I was told and how he's progressing at school. Despite his obvious special needs, he's coping very well with mainstream, and with the right help, we hope he will flourish.

Anyhow, after the meeting they had set up a book club in the foyer, I purchased two books for Matthew as a reward. The other two are the one I have finished and one I was given recently. There's also a section from the paper, a bookmark and a pair of sunglasses I needed them for reading in the beautiful sunshine.

The book I've just finished is in the bottom middle, about a footballer who succumbed to depression. Compelling reading, which I finished swiftly.
