I  have seen very few butterflies this year apart from whites..  Today on the walk to the shop I saw several Speckled wood butterflies and some little Ringlets where until recently there were Orange tips.  Yesterday I saw some brightly coloured Speckled woods but today my photo shows an old one and the Ringlets were very flighty to get a good photo.  There was also a couple of Burnet moths which were too busy to move as I approached.
