After our walk this morning we went to a Country Store to buy some sunflower hearts for the birds.
We then decided to pick up a picnic lunch and take it to eat by the River Deben at Bawdsey Quay, this is where the river flows out to the North Sea.
It was very refreshing in the sea air after the heat of the last few days.
