Late solstice bonfire

Ang has a day off tomorrow and her dad doesn’t need her tonight. She decides to come over for Nicks delayed solstice fire.

Owen cooks pork and potato curry. There’s lots of beer. And then it’s to the garden for sunset, fire, and midges. How did I run out of Smidge?

It’s not a very late night, but Ang is somewhat the worse for wear and Owen manages to careen full tilt into the kitchen table. He’ll have a bruised hip in the morning.
