CROATIA-DAY 1

Lazy start.
Final packing panic…honestly the weight and size restrictions of Ryanair has been giving me palpitations for the last 2 days…in case..in bag…in rucksack!!!
Our neighbour took all 8 of us to Stansted…we had an amazingly smooth journey. …
The hoards of people was ridiculous we couldn’t get even 2 seats together but with a lot of shuffling and saving we managed 4 together. We had a light lunch…
#but then you’re friend decides she fancies chips and asks a stranger for 1/2 of his!!!
#we were delayed by 90 mins but actually it didn’t feel that long.
#the extremely slow drinks service was unbelievable!! The start of the flight was ok but we caught some serious turbulence. And the landing….well check out that expression.
Less than 2 hour flight…20 min transfer…#check into this lovely hotel…NO PASSPORT …panic….luckily it was in the taxi!!! He came back within 10 mins but I did feel really silly. Phew…
Then the next hurdle….our room is gorgeous but my menopausal mate was not happy with the view. She was determined the others had a better view and she wanted to move. Yes we did look over a car park but we could also see the marina and the sea!!!!
aarrgghhh. She requested to move so we’ll see that they offer tomorrow. I’m perfectly happy with the room but if she’s not then I don’t want her to be unhappy.
