Calendula.

The Feast Day of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

The Calendula seed was planted several weeks ago. The journey from dry seed to first leaves and then the whole plant growing taller and stronger required support from a sturdy cane. I used wooden kebab sticks as I did not have a cane. The sunlight from the kitchen window and watering the seed helped achieve this lovely flower and three buds. I am very thankful as they are a humble yet useful, beautiful and edible plant, with many leaves for possibly salads. White flies need washing away if they appear. Others could see that differently.
Thank you any one who kindly prayed for Uncle C. Wednesday he had the operation I mentioned in an earlier journal. Now, thank the Good Lord, we continue praying for him and his family, as he is supported in Intensive Care. God is The Great Healer.
Prayers for everyone who has no clue God is Omnipresent and loves everyone no matter how difficult the situation they are suffering.
As we face uncertainty and climate catastrophe I so much hope we stay where God wants us to be. The faith is being tested, so the more faith filled followers of the True Saviour and all that leads us to, the better.
