Detour..

On our way home today we took a detour to see if I could find a farm (as it was then) where I spent many happy holidays a child.  As expected the narrow winding metal roads had long gone and the area was almost unrecognisable but I did find exactly where the farm had been.  Butthe biggest surprise was the new expressway and interchange being so closeby.  Hamilton looked, and is really quite close, so different to how I remember it.
